Dear Choir Members,
Greetings. We hope this note finds you and yours in good health and happy circumstances. We would like to give you an update on the planning of our January 2004 Choir Reunion in Tunghai's Music Hall. Below is a more detailed draft itinerary. Please don't hesitate to make suggestions.

The cost estimate for this 5 day/4 night program is around US $500 per person which includes hotels, all breakfasts, banquet and bus tour. In order to negotiate a good deal with the hotels and the tour company we would like to get a good estimate of the number of participants. In the coming month you will be receiving a phone call from a volunteer contact person for your class. It would be lovely to hear a clamor of "Yes, I will be there!" We do look forward to singing with you again.
