Wednesday 6/21
- Check in at Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel
Thursday 6/22 (only one van for transportation this day)
- Breakfast on your own (unless you are a Marriott Platinum member)
- 7:15 AM: we need 14 early risers to be ferried to Emory U Performing Arts Studio in the first batch
- 8:15 AM: second batch of 14 will be picked up and delivered to EUPAS
- 9:00 AM: rehearsal commences
- 10:30 AM: water break
- 12:00 PM: lunch served in EUPAS
- 2:00 PM: afternoon rehearsal
- 3:30 PM: water break
- 5:00 PM: first batch of 14 leave for hotel
- 6:00 PM: second batch of 14 leave for hotel
- Dinner on your own (you kids can make side arrangement to dine with your buddies!)
Friday 6/23 (two vans for transportation this day)
- Breakfast on your own (unless you are a Marriott Platinum member)
- 8:15 AM: leave for EUPAS
- 9:00 AM: rehearsal commences
- 10:30 AM: water break
- 12:00 PM: lunch served in EUPAS
- 2:00 PM: afternoon rehearsal
- 3:00 PM: leave for Mrs. Rice's home for some coffee, cookies, and conversation
- 6:00 PM: leave for Petite Violette for dinner
- 9:00 PM: Back to hotel
Saturday 6/24 (applies to those who signed up for the Day Tour)
- 9:00 AM: leave for a fun filled day
- 9:30 - 11:30: Stone Mountain Park
- 11:30 - 1:00: Lunch at Stone Mountain Park
- 1:00 pm: leave for The World of Coca Cola
- 1:30 pm: tour the World of Coca Cola
- 3:00 pm: tour CNN headquarter
- 4:00 - 5:30: Georgia State House, Fox Theater, Margaret Mitchell House, ...
- 6:00 PM back to the hotel (dinner on your own)
